Monarch is hidden gem off of College street on Clnton street. Reasonable drinks and host Steve-O is a legend. You can’t just have one good spot Thursday cause PENNY’S BAR is your home away from home. A local dive bar with a family of Karaoke folks that welcome ALL. WED Night as well.
